About the Role
Soham International Tech & Business Services (SITBS) is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to communicate with Australian clients, prepare quotations, manage enquiries, follow up with prospective customers, and build long-term business relationships.
This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from Australian clients.
- Prepare and send quotations accurately and professionally.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain CRM records and update customer information.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work during Australian business hours.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
