Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Kompally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through the home-buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Connect with prospective customers via calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
