Job Summary
Freasers is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, maintain sales records, and work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Schedule customer meetings and maintain the sales calendar.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely execution.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam; Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
