1. Operate and control process equipment & machinery.
2. Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.
3. Responsible for equipment’s health, light maintenance work.
4. Storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process.
5. Recording information, such as ingredients, weights, temperature, flow rates and input into the database.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality norms.
7. Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) & emergency protocols
8. Reporting accidents, safety violations, or other concerns.
9. Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Working with other team members to complete the production process.
12. Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear.
13. Responsible for plant housekeeping.
14. Monitoring and maintaining proper chemical concentrations within equipment and storage tanks.
15. Reporting and proper charge transfer while attending and relieving the duties.
Duty Hrs- 12 Hrs
Pay: ₹10,221.54 - ₹26,000.00 per month
