We are hiring an Customer Success Junior Associate to guide and support students throughout their course journey. The role involves continuous coordination with learners to ensure successful course completion.
Key Responsibilities:·
- Monitor learner progress through regular tracking of course milestones, attendance, and engagement
- Maintain accurate trackers for assignment submissions, course progress, and completion status
- Follow up consistently to achieve assignment collection targets within defined timelines
- Identify at-risk learners using performance, inactivity, and payment indicators and take timely action
- Escalate high-risk learner cases (risk flagging/escalation) to senior teams for intervention and resolution
- Drive learner retention through proactive engagement, counselling, and continuous support
- Coordinate with academic and support teams to resolve learner queries and improve experience
- Ensure timely communication of deadlines, academic requirements, and policy updates to learners
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, SLAs, and quality standards in learner management
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying common learner issues and suggesting solutions
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (MBA / M.Com preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
