CCAN Solution is a leading provider of certificate attestation, transcript, WES, ECA, PCC, and international documentation services. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team and help expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Conduct follow-ups to convert inquiries into successful business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
