An HR – Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs.
Requirements and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Work Experience: Proven professional experience working as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or equivalent full-cycle recruiting role.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch opportunities.
- Task Organization: Strong time-management capabilities, enabling the management of multiple open requirements simultaneously
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
