Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Preferred Semi Qualified CA,
- MBA / PGDM (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience. Managerial position handling finance, accounts, and taxation and team handling.
- Preferred Currently working in a CA Firm with, with client and team handling experience.

The Manager Finance & Accounts, Taxation will be responsible for overseeing all financial and taxation activities of the organization, including accounting, financial planning, tax compliance, audits, and advisory functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow to ensure business liquidity. Support management with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Preparation of Book debts statement, coordination with bankers, preparation of CMA data etc.
- Monthly MIS reporting of all departments to management.
- Adherence to relevant acts, rules, with up to date on amendments like companies act, income tax act.
2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
- Ensure compliance with all Direct Tax (Income Tax, TDS, Transfer Pricing, etc.) and Indirect Tax (GST, Customs, etc.) regulations. Prepare and file statutory returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.) within prescribed deadlines. Manage tax assessments & audits, litigation. Implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax liability while ensuring legal compliance. Keep track of amendments in tax laws and advise management on implications.
3. Operations And Maintenance Of Bank Facilities
· Managing day-to-day banking operations and maintaining effective liaison with banks and financial institutions.
· Preparation and submission of CMA data, renewal proposals, and related banking documentation.
· Preparation of monthly/quarterly bank reports, monitoring limits, and compliance with banking covenants.
· Coordination and follow-up for stock audits, credit audits, and resolution of audit observations.
4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team. Collaborate with cross-functional departments (HR, Legal, Procurement, Sales) to ensure financial compliance. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
