Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Pan-India sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive sales of manufacturing machinery and industrial equipment.
- Identify new business opportunities across various manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industrial decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations for large-value contracts and strategic deals.
- Mentor and manage regional sales managers and business development teams.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the sales organization.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
- Develop and manage relationships with major industrial customers.
- Analyze market trends and develop market penetration strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and annual business plans.
- Develop and strengthen distributor and channel partner networks.
