Job Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer support through voice, chat, and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining service quality.
Deliver a customer-first experience in a fast-paced environment.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure issue resolution.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in Technical Support/Customer Support.
Experience in Voice, mail & Chat Support processes.
Proficiency to speak English, Hindi, and Telugu.(All 3 languages mandatory)
Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (Shift start at 6am and end at 10pm)
