LASA Consultants & Organisation is a multidisciplinary consultancy providing Legal Advisory, RERA Consultancy, Arbitration Support, Contract Management, Corporate Compliance, GeM Consultancy, Government Contract Advisory, and Regulatory Compliance services across India.
We are seeking a motivated and technology-driven professional to manage, develop, and continuously improve our digital platforms, including websites, Android applications, business automation tools, and social media channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management
- Develop, maintain, and update company websites.
- Ensure website security, responsiveness, performance, and SEO optimization.
- Manage hosting, domains, emails, SSL certificates, and website backups.
- Create and update landing pages, forms, and client portals.
Mobile Application Development
- Develop, maintain, and update Android applications (APK).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement feature enhancements.
- Ensure smooth functionality, security, and user experience.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile.
- Create and publish engaging content, creatives, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, generate leads, and improve brand visibility.
Automation & Digital Tools
- Develop and manage CRM systems, dashboards, forms, and business automation tools.
- Integrate APIs, AI tools, WhatsApp solutions, and digital workflows.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track website traffic, social media growth, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with improvement recommendations.
Required Skills
- Website Development (WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or equivalent)
- Android App Development
- SEO & Digital Marketing

- Graphic Design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Video Editing Skills
- Hosting, Domain & Email Management
- AI Tools & Business Automation
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in website management, app development, digital marketing, or technology support roles.
- Knowledge of legal, consultancy, government procurement, or compliance sectors will be an advantage.
