We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive AI-powered marketing initiatives, lead generation, brand visibility, and digital growth strategies.
Position Overview
The AI Expert & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing AI technologies across marketing functions while managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, automation, and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence tools, marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing strategies to maximize business growth and customer acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesArtificial Intelligence & Automation
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and business operations.
- Develop AI-powered workflows for content creation, lead generation, customer engagement, and reporting.
- Utilize AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney, and other emerging AI technologies.
- Create AI-driven marketing strategies and automation processes.
- Train internal teams on AI tools and best practices.
- Analyze AI-generated insights to improve marketing performance and decision-making.
- Implement AI chatbots and conversational AI solutions for customer engagement.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO and improve website rankings through on-page and off-page optimization.
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and others.
- Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Develop email marketing campaigns and marketing automation sequences.
Content & Branding
- Generate AI-assisted content for blogs, websites, social media, advertisements, and email campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing materials and brand messaging.
- Coordinate with design and development teams for campaign execution.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM systems, and AI analytics tools.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 2+ years of practical experience using AI tools and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney, Runway, and other AI platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress and website management.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the IT industry.
