HR cum Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR cum Operations Manager to oversee the organization's human resource functions and daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee training, induction, and development programs.
- Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Process joining, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and exit formalities.
- Liaise with government portals such as NAPS, NATS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory authorities.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily business operations and administrative activities.
- Monitor workforce allocation and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to company processes.
- Manage office facilities, assets, and procurement requirements.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Support management in strategic planning and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Operations preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR and Operations management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.

Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday (as per company policy)
Preferred Industry: Engineering, Drafting, Design, Construction, Manufacturing, Staffing, or Service Industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
