- Providing estimates: Prepare detailed service orders with accurate time and labor cost estimates.
- Status updates: Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service.
- Handling complaints: Professionally address and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Finalizing service: Explain the work performed and charges to the customer, collect payment, and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle release.
