We are looking for a seasoned, highly strategic Digital Marketing Team & Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead our marketing operations. In this dual-capacity role, you will be equally responsible for nurturing a high-performing team of digital marketing executives and driving complex digital campaigns from conception to successful execution.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between creative marketing strategy and structured project execution, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client business goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- People Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a talented team of digital marketing executives.
- Workflow & Allocation: Allocate daily tasks, set clear priorities, and monitor overall team performance and output.
- Skill Development: Conduct training sessions, motivate team members, and provide ongoing professional support to foster career growth.
- Culture & Productivity: Proactively resolve internal team issues, optimize workflows, and implement strategies to continuously improve overall team productivity.
2. Project Management & Campaign Execution
- End-to-End Delivery: Plan, execute, and oversee diverse digital marketing projects, ensuring campaigns are launched smoothly and on schedule.
- Scope & Timelines: Clearly define project scopes, realistic timelines, resource requirements, and high-quality deliverables.
- Budget Tracking: Manage financial budgets and resource allocations efficiently across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Risk Mitigation: Actively identify potential project risks or bottlenecks and swiftly implement effective solutions.
3. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central hub connecting clients, graphic designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and media buyers.
- Performance Analysis: Track critical digital marketing KPIs, analyze campaign metrics, and prepare comprehensive internal performance reports.
- Client Relations: Manage regular client updates, deliver transparent project reports, and align delivery standards with client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated team leadership or project management role (Agency experience is highly preferred).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Paid/Organic, Email Marketing, Content Strategy).
- Management Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Trello) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Leadership Traits: Strong conflict-resolution skills, excellent mentorship abilities, and a track record of scaling team productivity.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for seamless client handling and cross-team collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a strong plus).
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
