Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Executive to provide day-to-day operational and coordination support to the Vice President (Operations). The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, follow up on assigned tasks, maintain reports, and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the VP (Operations) in daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of tasks.
- Follow up with teams on pending work and provide regular updates.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational data.
- Schedule meetings and record Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Maintain operational documents and records.
- Support inter-departmental communication and coordination.
- Perform any other operational tasks assigned by the VP.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
