Varikode Technology is an eCommerce solutions company working with international brands across the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and UAE. We are looking for a developer with strong hands-on experience in both Shopify and WordPress to join our on-site team in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customise Shopify themes using Liquid templating
- Build Shopify stores from scratch based on Figma or design files
- Develop and integrate Shopify apps and third-party APIs
- Build and customise WordPress websites including WooCommerce stores
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
- Work closely with the design and SEO team on international client projects
- Ensure code is clean, optimised, and well-documented
Required Skills:
- Shopify Theme Development (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- WordPress Theme and Plugin Development
- WooCommerce Development
- Shopify API and App Integration
- jQuery and basic JavaScript
- Ability to work from design files (Figma / PSD)
- Strong English communication skills — written and spoken, essential for working with international clients
Good to Have:
- Custom Shopify App Development
- React.js or Next.js
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Shopify Plus experience
