Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell healthcare technology solutions including:
Teleradiology Reporting Services
Medical Billing & Reporting Software
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting field visits, giving product demonstrations, and converting hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and laboratories into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify potential customers such as:
Hospitals
Diagnostic Centers
Imaging Centers
Pathology Labs
Clinics
Doctors & Healthcare Groups
Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Product & Service Sales
Promote and sell:
Teleradiology reporting services
Laboratory & Hospital Management Software
Explain product features, benefits, and workflow improvements to clients.
Conduct live demos and presentations.
Client Management
Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the technical team for implementation.
Maintain customer database and sales pipeline.
Market Research
Track competitor activities and market trends in healthcare IT.
Identify new opportunities in government and private healthcare sectors.
Reporting
Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any stream
Preference for candidates with MBA/Marketing background
Experience
1–5 years experience in:
Healthcare sales
Medical equipment sales
Healthcare software sales
Teleradiology or diagnostic industry
Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply.
Skills Required
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong field sales and negotiation ability
Basic understanding of healthcare workflow
Ability to travel extensively
Knowledge of software demonstrations is an advantage
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with hospitals or diagnostic centers
Understanding of radiology/pathology workflow
Existing network in healthcare industry preferred
Ability to close institutional sales
