Core responsibilities
- Customer support: Answer calls, assist with service or product questions, and help customers with issues related to their accounts or orders.
- Problem-solving: Troubleshoot problems, resolve complaints, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Sales and orders: Place orders, process payments, and identify sales opportunities by recommending products or services.
- Data management: Document all call details, update customer information in a database, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Key duties
- Following communication scripts and adapting them as needed.
- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
- Escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as call volume and customer satisfaction goals.
