HR Recruiter
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on bulk hiring for Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, and Field Sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, referrals, etc.
- Screen candidates and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and KPIs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience with job portals and bulk hiring.
- Target-driven and organized approach.
Eligibility
- Graduation/BBA/MBA or relevant degree.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in Sales/BDE/Field Sales hiring is an advantage.
- English communication is required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
