We are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and cake section. Our bakery focuses heavily on premium celebration cakes, modern desserts, and sliced cakes, alongside a selected menu of puffs, breads, and cookies.
Key Responsibilities:Bake, frost, and decorate custom celebration cakes (fondant, buttercream, whipping cream).Prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, and sliced cakes daily.Handle secondary items including puffs, cookies, and basic breads.Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, food safety, and stock management.Manage inventory and minimize ingredient wastage.
Requirements:5 to 7 years of professional baking experience (Pastry/Cake specialization preferred).Expertise in cake decoration and finishing techniques.Ability to work independently and manage the bakery section.Willingness to relocate to Tiruppur (Accommodation provided).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
