Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Engineer to support machine design and automation projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering drawings, developing 3D models, and collaborating with manufacturing and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine components, assemblies, and layouts.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models as per project requirements.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing documentation.
- Modify existing designs based on customer requirements and feedback.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Support installation and troubleshooting activities when required.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and project timelines.
Qualifications / Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Freshers with strong design software proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in machine design, industrial equipment design, or automation projects.
Software Skills
- Solid Edge (mandatory)
- SolidWorks (mandatory)
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T concepts.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
