Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Business Development Executive to expand
SchoolWizard's presence
across the Palakkad-Coimbatore-Salem-Ooty Region region, covering Palakkad, Coimbatore,
Salem, and Ooty.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, comfortable engaging with school leadership, and
excited to
promote experiential learning workshops along with AI and Robotics Tech Lab setups and the
SchoolWizard
application.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with schools across Palakkad, Coimbatore, Salem,
and Ooty.
- Promote SchoolWizard's experiential learning workshops, AI and Robotics Tech Lab
setups, and the
SchoolWizard application to school leadership.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with school decision-makers (principals,
administrators,
and management).
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with school partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams (program delivery, tech lab setup, and support) to ensure
smooth
implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the region.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales or business development (any industry background welcome;
EdTech
experience is a plus).
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Tamil native speakers strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a genuine
passion
for sales.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a car.
- Familiarity with the Palakkad-Coimbatore-Salem-Ooty Region region and its school ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Previous experience working with schools or educational institutions is a plus, though not
mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
