Minimum 6 Months of Recruitment Experience Required
Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy experience preferred
Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment & sourcing
Screening & interview coordination
Candidate follow-ups & closures
Managing multiple hiring requirements
Maintaining recruitment pipeline & daily updates
Requirements: Good communication & convincing skills
Comfortable with calling & target-based work culture
Basic knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn & sourcing platforms
Strong learning attitude & growth mindset
