Job Summary
Smilephile Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, baby care, or consumer product industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing product packaging, marketing materials, branding assets, and digital creatives that effectively communicate our brand identity and enhance customer engagement. The role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create visually appealing designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Design
- Design primary and secondary packaging for baby care and personal hygiene products, including boxes, pouches, labels, bottles, cartons, sleeves, and shipping cartons.
- Develop packaging artwork aligned with brand guidelines, product positioning, and consumer expectations.
- Ensure packaging designs comply with regulatory requirements, product labelling standards, and legal guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready artwork, KLDs, mock-ups, and pre-press files for production.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, printers, and packaging vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Manage packaging revisions, approvals, and version control.
- Maintain consistency across all product SKUs and packaging ranges.
- Optimize packaging designs for cost efficiency, sustainability, and logistics requirements.
Branding & Marketing Design
- Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, product catalogues, posters, banners, standees, and promotional materials.
- Design digital creatives for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, online advertisements, and email campaigns.
- Develop product launch creatives and brand communication materials.
- Ensure all visual assets are consistent with company branding guidelines.
- Support marketing campaigns with innovative and engaging visual concepts.
Product & E-commerce Support
- Create product listing images, infographics, A+ content, and promotional banners for Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Design product mock-ups, presentations, and visual assets for online and offline sales channels.
- Enhance product visibility through creative visual storytelling and attractive product presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Packaging Design, preferably in FMCG, baby care, personal care, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of Corel DRAW and other design tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with die lines, barcodes, regulatory content, print specifications, and packaging layouts.
- Good understanding of packaging materials, finishes, printing techniques, and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in baby care, personal care, hygiene products, or food packaging industries.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly packaging materials.
- Understanding of Amazon India, Flipkart, and other e-commerce packaging and branding requirements.
- Basic photography, image editing, and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of current design trends and consumer packaging preferences.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,466.03 per month
