The job involves checking in and out, registering complaints, attending to them within 24 hours, performing on-site repairs, generating cost estimates, addressing warranty issues, registering attendance, requesting spares, and collecting service charges. It also involves collecting payment, generating bills, and following superior instructions. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Registration of complaints
· Attend customer complaints, rectify the issue
within 24 hours,
· Do on site repair/service
· If warranty expired then generate cost from application and give estimate of expense if customer is ready , then rectify the issues utilising spares.
· Request for spares
· Inform shortage of spares
· Collect service charge
· Optimum usage of spare parts for under warranty items.
· Checking warranty card through application
· Collect payment
· Generate bill through App
· Collect service amount, generate spare part payment bill from module
· Collect payment from customer and make payment to companies account or show QR Code and collect payment
· Do the reassigned work as per the instructions from superiors
· Collect payment receipt from bank
· Serve GST bill
· All payments should be deposited to company account on agreed sales.
· Performing any other tasks that management may assign from time to time.
Pay: ₹9,609.92 - ₹24,222.13 per month
