- Lead and supervise production operators during the assigned shift.
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets according to the production schedule.
- Monitor commercial vehicle assembly operations and maintain process discipline.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, PPE usage, and company policies.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and visual management.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Production Planning teams to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain production records and reports.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and skill levels.
- Optimize manpower utilization and improve line productivity.
- Support cost reduction, waste elimination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
