· 10+ years of enterprise systems experience, including 5+ years in ERP architecture and solution design roles.
· Deep technical knowledge of leading ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365/AX/SL, Infor, NetSuite, Epicor, Acumatica) and their deployment models.
· Strong background in manufacturing operations (discrete, process, batch manufacturing; MRP/MES concepts).
· Proficiency in systems integration, APIs, middleware, and data architecture (ETL/ELT patterns, data warehousing).
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience with both cloud and on-premises ERP implementations.
· Understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple countries
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· Prior ERP needs analysis or assessment experience.
· Hands-on experience with Dynamics SL, Vicinity, or other systems in current landscape.
· Background in food processing, packaging, or chemical manufacturing.
· Knowledge of industry-specific solutions (quality management systems, food safety compliance, etc.)
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per month
