Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business processes, gather requirements, drive process improvements, and support business growth through data-driven insights. The role involves working closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, Research, and Compliance teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements .
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with technology teams for solution implementation.
- Monitor key business metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge of stock markets, broking, or investment advisory is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
