Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller with strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP, Navisworks and Electrical Building Services. The candidate will support site execution through coordinated BIM models, shop drawings, clash resolution and as-built documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D Electrical BIM Models.
- Model Power Distribution, Lighting, Cable Trays, Conduits, Earthing and Lightning Protection.
- Work on MV/LV Distribution, UPS and DG Systems.
- Prepare electrical shop drawings and installation drawings.
- Perform multidisciplinary BIM coordination with HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and Civil teams.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage.
- Support site execution with coordinated construction drawings.
- Update BIM models according to site changes.
- Prepare As-Built Models.
- Generate BOQs, schedules and quantity take-offs.
- Maintain BIM models according to project standards and BEP.
- Participate in coordination meetings.
- Maintain model documentation and revision control.
