We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Assistant to support daily commercial and administrative operations. The candidate will assist in invoice preparation, documentation, vendor coordination, and maintaining commercial records efficiently.
Freshers with good communication and basic MS Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and commercial documents
- Maintain records and documentation properly
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Support daily commercial and office operations
- Update and maintain data in MS Excel
- Verify documents and ensure accuracy
- Assist in filing, reporting, and record keeping
- Follow up for pending documents and approvals
