CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - REAL ESTATE
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Sales Management: Oversee the entire customer lifecycle after booking, including on-boarding, documentation, and handover.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage allotment letters, sales agreements, registrations, and legal formalities.
- Collection Management: Follow up on payments, issue demand letters, and manage accounts.
- Customer Service & Grievances: Address queries, provide construction updates, and resolve complaints regarding payments, units, or possession.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to promote positive word-of-mouth and referrals.
- Internal Coordination: Work with sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Experience: Proven experience in CRM, specifically within real estate, property development, or hospitality.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for negotiating and handling sensitive financial discussions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
