Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Managing employee documentation and HR operations
- Maintaining attendance records and employee databases
- Supporting payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Assisting in employee engagement and retention activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Good knowledge of employee onboarding and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of payroll and compliance processes
- Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and willingness to learn
Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
