JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR-LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
Experience Required: 2+ years in Logistics Hiring and Operations
Shift Timings : 5:30PM - 02:30AM (Night Shift)
- Prior experience in logistics industry hiring mandatory
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals & sourcing strategies
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
- Basic knowledge of HR policies & compliance
- End-to-end recruitment for logistics & freight brokerage roles
- Screening, interviewing & onboarding candidates
- Managing employee engagement & attendance
- Handling HR operations and documentation
- Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements
- Maintaining employee records and payroll as well.
- Conducting joining formalities and induction sessions
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
