Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to support hiring for IT positions across the United States. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and learning the US recruitment process.
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Location: Sector 3, Noida
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Timings - 9 PM- 6 AM (Night Shift)
Salary - Upto 25000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Learn US recruitment concepts such as W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and IT roles.
- Familiarity with MS Office and online sourcing platforms.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
