Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer behaviours and preferences.
- Upselling products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, Digital Marketing, operations etc.)to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide insights to inform product/service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Must have minimum 2+ years of team leading experience
- Expert in Product Sales /HRMS / IT Sales/ B2B Sales /Software Sales/IT product Sales.
- Should be ready to travel and must possess a two wheeler for official use.
Note: Mandatory: Minimum 2+ years of experience in HRMS product sales.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
