Job Title: CRM — Collections Executive
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer records and payment schedules in the CRM daily.
Proactively follow up with customers (phone, email, in‑person) to ensure timely receipt of installments, EMIs, or other dues.
Reconcile customer accounts between CRM, finance/billing, and bank statements; identify and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare accurate collection reports, aging analysis, and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
Generate weekly and monthly MIS for the Collections Manager and Finance team.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams on payment disputes, documentation, and refunds.
Conduct periodic field visits to customers’ homes/offices to collect payments, obtain documents, and strengthen relationships.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a professional, customer‑first approach while escalating delinquent accounts following defined protocols.
Support ad hoc projects such as process improvements, data cleanup, and customer outreach campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1–4 years experience in collections, accounts receivable, CRM operations, or customer relationship roles; experience in real estate is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel: pivot tables, lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), SUMIFS, data validation, basic macros (desirable).
Hands‑on experience using CRM systems (any mainstream CRM); ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
Owns a two‑wheeler and holds a valid driving license; comfortable with local travel for customer visits.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good negotiation and relationship management skills; ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Desirable
Basic understanding of financial documents and payment modes (cheque, NEFT/RTGS, UPI).
Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic BI/dashboarding tools.

Fixed salary plus performance/collection incentives.
