(The role owns end-to-end leasing execution — from broker relationship management to deal closure — acting as the primary link between empaneled leasing consultants, internal teams (legal, projects, marketing), and the market.)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deal flow with national and local broker networks; ensure structured follow-ups
- Draft and reviewLOIs, term sheets, and lease agreements alongside legal/management
- Build broker and tenant-rep relationships across Hyderabad's commercial market
- Act as single point of contact for empaneled consultants and channel partners
- Track competitive supply, leasing activity, and rental trends to inform pricing/unit-mix strategy
- Coordinate with projects/facilities for unit readiness, snagging, and fit-out approvals
- Liaise with legal on agreement vetting, registration, and compliance
- Partner with marketing on collateral, portal listings, and leasing events
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
