Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with banks and sales teams
- Handle bank escalations and follow-ups
- Prepare MIS reports
- Maintain CRM and documentation
- Track leads and support sales operations
- Ensure smooth banking operations
Requirements:
- Banking / Fintech / Sales Operations experience
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Experience with CRM tools
