Job Description: Production Supervisor
Location: Kamali, Parwanoo, Solan

Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations as per SOPs and production planning
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production activities
- Ensure timely completion of production targets with quality standards
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production documentation
- Ensure GMP, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are followed on the production floor
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations
- Monitor raw material usage, wastage control, and production efficiency
- Ensure proper cleaning, line clearance, and documentation before and after production activities
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Ayurveda, Pharmacy, Science, or related field
- Experience in Ayurvedic, Herbal, Cosmetic, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
Skills:
- Leadership and team-handling skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
