The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing overall sales operations of the region, driving revenue growth, handling distributor networks, and leading the ASM sales team for Cooking Medium, Mustard Oil, and Non-Dairy Cream products.
- Achieve regional sales targets and business growth objectives
- Manage and guide Area Sales Managers (ASM) and sales teams
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies
- Expand distributor and dealer network across the region
- Monitor primary & secondary sales performance
- Ensure product availability and visibility in retail & wholesale markets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
- Conduct regular market visits and distributor meetings
- Review team performance and provide training/support
- Plan trade schemes, promotional activities, and market activation programs
- Ensure timely payment collection and stock management
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regional business reviews
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and management teams
