Key Responsibilities
CSR Strategy & Program Management
- Develop and execute CSR strategies, projects, and annual action plans in alignment with the Company's CSR vision and business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend CSR initiatives in areas such as healthcare, education, skill development, environment sustainability, women empowerment, and community welfare.
- Ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of CSR projects to achieve measurable social impact.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, implementing partners, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of CSR initiatives.
- Represent the organization at CSR forums, conferences, community meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable CSR provisions under the Companies Act and related regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, project records, impact assessments, and statutory reports.
- Support the preparation of CSR Committee presentations, Board reports, and annual disclosures.
Monitoring & Impact Assessment
- Establish project monitoring frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct field visits and periodic reviews to assess project effectiveness and utilization of funds.
- Analyze project outcomes and recommend improvements for enhanced social impact.
Budget & Resource Management
- Prepare and manage CSR budgets in accordance with approved plans.
- Monitor fund utilization and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with finance and audit teams for CSR expenditure tracking and reporting.
Sustainability & Community Engagement
- Drive initiatives focused on sustainable development and long-term community impact.
- Promote employee volunteering and engagement programs.
- Develop partnerships that strengthen the Company's social responsibility and sustainability agenda.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Public Administration, Sustainability Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
- Additional certifications in CSR, Sustainability, ESG, Project Management, or Community Development will be preferred.
Required Competencies
- Minimum 5-10 Years of Experinece in relevant field.
- Strong understanding of CSR laws, regulations, and governance frameworks.
- Expertise in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and impact assessment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CSR reporting tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
