Job Summary
The HR Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and social compliance standards. The role involves maintaining employee records, coordinating audits, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting ethical workplace practices in the garment manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, wage, and personnel documentation.
- Monitor compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other labor-related regulations.
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation for internal, customer, and third-party audits.
- Coordinate social compliance audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SA8000, and customer audits).
- Assist in implementing and maintaining company HR policies and Code of Conduct.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files, appointment letters, contracts, and statutory registers.
- Conduct employee awareness sessions on workplace policies, ethics, health & safety, and labor rights.
- Track the renewal of licenses, registrations, and statutory certificates.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants regarding labor compliance matters.
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
- Support internal HR activities, including onboarding, documentation, and employee grievance handling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a Diploma in Labour Laws is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Compliance, preferably in the garment, textile, apparel, or manufacturing industry.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Factory Act compliance.
- Understanding of PF, ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Shops & Establishments Act (where applicable).
- Experience handling social compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SA8000, etc.).
- Excellent documentation and record management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
