Job Summary:
The Process Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, monitoring workflows, and ensuring smooth process execution across departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes
- Maintain and update process documentation and reports
- Ensure workflows are followed as per company standards
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth coordination
- Track task progress and ensure timely completion
- Prepare MIS reports and operational summaries
- Support implementation of new process initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3.5 years of relevant experience in operations/process coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
