Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand vehicle issues
- Record service requests and prepare job cards
- Explain required repairs and maintenance clearly
- Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team
- Monitor repair progress and update customers
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Handle warranty claims and service documentation
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow-up calls
Required Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Sales and upselling skills
- Computer proficiency (DMS/software systems)
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Qualifications
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years experience in automotive service or dealership
- Valid driver’s license
