About Us:
We are a growing organization working with multiple leading banks for their Credit Card and Loan Recovery & Collection processes. We operate across Maharashtra and Goa, with over 100+ employees and offices in Pune.
Job Responsibilities:
· Handle collection and recovery of overdue credit card and loan accounts.
· Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.
· Maintain and update collection records in Excel and other reporting formats.
· Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
· Coordinate with team leaders and managers regarding daily progress and challenges.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines during recovery.
Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months of experience in collection or recovery.
· Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
· DRA / Non DRA can Apply
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
· 10k to 25k + performance-based incentives.
Walking Drive: Daily 11:00AM to 5:00PM,
