- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Efficiently manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Assist in managing basic financial tasks, including tracking expenses, handling bank transactions, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and present reports, summaries, and updates for senior leadership as required.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain structured documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling/communication tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
