Key Responsibilities:
- Manage labour attendance, payroll processing and wage administration for factory labour
- Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and internal HR policies
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation and maintenance of all statutory HR records
- Coordinate labour welfare measures, worker facilities and statutory inspections
- Manage and control maintenance activities within the factory premises
- Manage store operations including stock monitoring, control and reporting
- Oversee purchase activities including vendor coordination and logistics
- Manage company vehicles including maintenance scheduling, compliance and cost tracking
- Assist in daily operations of the company
- Handle external liaison and public relations matters related to labour, compliance and local authorities
- Submit periodic HR and administration reports to management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (especially Hindi)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Computer / Microsoft Office Suite
