Position: Shopify Executive
Location: Mumbai (Onsite/Offsite)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Upload and update products, collections, pricing, inventory, and website content.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for website updates and campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and resolve basic technical issues.
- Manage order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries related to online sales.
- Create and manage discount codes, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and conversion metrics.
- Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and website performance.
- Ensure website content is optimized for user experience and SEO.
- Stay updated with Shopify features, apps, and e-commerce trends.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Shopify store management or e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, product management, and order processing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Shopify apps/integrations.
- Experience with inventory management and online merchandising.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing fashion or lifestyle e-commerce websites.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
