Job Duties of a Project Manager in a Digital Marketing Agency
1. Timely delivery of all client projects and campaign deliverables
2. Smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
3. Proper planning and allocation of tasks to design, content, video, and ad teams
4. Monitoring daily progress of ongoing projects and ensuring deadlines are met
5. Managing client communication, updates, approvals, and feedback efficiently
6. Ensuring quality of creatives, videos, captions, reports, and campaign assets before submission
7. Tracking content calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines
8. Coordinating campaign execution support for all teams
9. Managing revisions and ensuring timely closure of client changes
10. Maintaining project trackers, approval records, and communication documentation
11. Coordinating shoots, production schedules, and content-related activities
12. Identifying delays, workflow issues, or resource gaps and resolving them quickly
13. Ensuring deliverables are aligned with the approved scope of work and brand expectations
14. Sharing project status updates with management and clients regularly
15. Improving internal workflow, follow-up systems, and team coordination efficiency
